It features a picatinny rail pre-installed on the receiver cover, Monte Carlo buttstock with a high comb to raise the cheek up for a more stability and comfort. To ensure a non-slip fit, the buttstock is capped with a soft rubber pad that will grip into your shirt or jacket. Both the Monte Carlo buttstock and the forestock are checkered and made with genuine American walnut wood. The round blued steel barrel is void of any iron sights that may get in the way of a scoped rifle. Like other rimfire rifles, the Lever Action Magnum Express uses a cock safety mechanism so that there are no external safety switches or toggles.
